Patricia Arquette reveals Diane Keaton’s ‘loud laugh’ that lit up the set

Patricia Arquette talked about her work experience with the late Diane Keaton.

In an interview with People magazinePatricia shared heartfelt memories of Diane and her presence on set.

The actress, who worked with the late director on the 1991 TV movie Wild flower admitted he was “nervous” about performing in front of Diane.

However, she said: “She was incredibly warm and supportive of the crew and her actors. She was really there with you in the scene.”

Patricia shared heartfelt memories with Diane, recalling, “I was doing a scene, I was doing something funny, and then you heard a loud laugh off camera, and she said…to that monitor, laughing. But she said, ‘Oh, I just started laughing.'”

“Or you would cry. You would finish the scene, you would look at her and she would have tears in her eyes. She would really penetrate you, touch your back before and just support you,” she added.

Patricia Arquette described Diane Keaton as “an incredible human being.”

‘She adored her children. She loved being a mother,” she noted.

Diane Keaton died last year on October 11 at the age of 79. After her death, Patricia paid tribute to her, saying: “She was so direct, so alive and so generous.”
