Love Island USA star Huda Mustafa is once again under scrutiny online, this time for her changing appearance, while she is already dealing with a separate legal controversy.
Following reports that Nicole Olivera has filed a restraining order against Huda for harassment and threats against her and her child – whom she shares with Huda’s boyfriend Louis Russell – the 24-year-old reality star is back in the spotlight as her older photos resurface online.
Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael K. Newman recently compared past and current images of Huda and suggested that she may have undergone multiple enhancements totaling nearly $60,000.
Newman says it’s likely Huda has undergone procedures such as an open rhinoplasty with alar wedge excision, liposuction with a Brazilian butt lift and a temporal brow lift.
The surgeon noticed that in her older photos she appeared to have smaller lips and eyes that were less foxy. There is another older photo circulating online, showing her posing in a mirror with her backside fully visible, but her famous curves appeared to be non-existent.
It is pertinent to mention that his assessments are merely speculations.
However, the reality star has publicly acknowledged that she has had a nose job and a breast enlargement.
She previously shared her nose surgery journey, which took place in Turkey in April 2025, just months before her appearance on the show. She said her breast enlargement had not been successful.
As for the butt enhancement, it could also be that the new lifted look is simply down to strength training, as Huda’s official Instagram profile features several videos of her sweating it out in the gym.
