Kylie Jenner revealed that she was afraid to tell her parents, Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner, about her first pregnancy in her teens.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder was recently featured in Jlike Shane’s Therapuss podcast and said she panicked after finding out she was pregnant with her first child at age 19.
“I panicked. I was really scared to tell my parents. I was really scared,” she told the presenter.
Although the makeup mogul’s parents didn’t get “angry,” she wanted to grow older, even though no one would have supported her at the time.
Kylie said: “There was something inside me that knew I wanted to do this, and I had to make a decision for myself.
”And even if I have to do this alone, or anyway, this is the choice I’m going to make.”
For those unfamiliar, Kylie was 20 when she gave birth to daughter Stormi, who is now eight years old. She is also mother of son Aire, born in 2020.
The TV personality shares both of her children with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott, with whom she dated on and off from 2017 to 2023. She is currently in a relationship with actor Timothee Chalamet.
Elsewhere in the conversation, she also reflected on the complications she faced during her son Aire’s pregnancy.
Kylie recalled that in the twelfth week of pregnancy she could no longer walk due to severe sciatica and back pain.
She noted, “I had crazy sciatica pain and crazy lower back pain.”
And for the past two and a half months, she has been put on bed rest after doctors discovered she was three centimeters dilated.
“A lot of things happened to my vagina. I was three centimeters dilated for a month and a half, two months, and the baby fell out,” she explained.
