Britney Spears’ reps have broken their silence on her alleged violent incident.
The singer’s rep reveals that her recent appearance in California is completely blown out of proportion.
“Britney enjoyed a quiet dinner with her assistant and bodyguard,” the rep continued.
“She was just telling the story about how her dog was barking at the neighbors. At no point did she endanger anyone with a knife. She cut her hamburger in half,” she added.
“This constant attack on everything she does and this is exactly what happened 20 years ago when the media tried to portray Britney as a bad person. This is ridiculous and it has to stop now,” they noted.
This comes days after TMZ reported that insiders said Spears was at Blue Dog Tavern in Sherman Oaks when she allegedly started “yelling” and “barking.”
