Zendaya and Tom Holland have reached another milestone in their relationship with a new dog adding to their growing pet family.
The newest addition is an American American bully, adopted from a shelter in Oakland, California.
It is already known that the couple share two dogs, Noon, a Miniature Schnauzer, and Daphne, a Doberman Pinscher.
Zendaya spoke about the adoption in a recent interview with ELLEsaying the decision wasn’t practical, but felt good emotionally.
“Logistically, this probably wasn’t the smartest idea,” says the 29-year-old Dune actress explained. “But emotionally it was. He is a great addition to our family.”
She said she saw the dog and couldn’t leave him behind. Zendaya said the new pet is now a full-fledged part of their household.
The couple has been dating since 2021 after meeting on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming. They got engaged last year and have been fueling marriage rumors in recent months.
According to reports, they may have already secretly married, but the couple has not publicly confirmed this.
Tom Holland has previously said that they prefer to keep their relationship private. “Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and want to keep as sacred as possible,” Holland previously explained to the BBC Hollywood reporter.
“We don’t think we owe this to anyone. It’s our thing and it has nothing to do with our careers.” He said their relationship is personal and not something they feel the public is entitled to.
