Experts urge early knee care to prevent pain, injuries later

Our knees play a crucial role in our ability to move, but they are often overlooked, which results in discomfort and stiffness that can start in the 1930s.

According to experts, performing simple exercises can support the health of the knee and help prevent future problems such as osteoarthritis.
