Nicola Peltz reportedly made her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, choose between her and his mother, Victoria Beckham, after the fashion designer’s “inappropriate” wedding dance.
In the eye-catching statement that Brooklyn previously released on his Instagram account, this claim that his mother had ‘inappropriately’ ‘hijacked’ his wedding dance with Nicola and Victoria caused his wife to leave the event in tears.
The DJ on Brooklyn’s big day, Fat Tony, confirmed to Daily Mail that Nicola and her family did indeed leave the wedding.
Now a butler who was at the event has told The Sun that Nicola thought Victoria’s moves were more than enough following their pre-wedding disagreements.
The butler claimed: “After the wedding, Nicola was firm with Brooklyn – you have to choose me or your mother.
“She wasn’t interested in backing out. Unfortunately, Brooklyn was unable to stand up for his mother and explain to Nicola that she had greatly overreacted.”
The butler added, “After the dance, she told Brooklyn about David and Victoria, ‘I don’t want to be around them, and you have to make a decision: me or them.’ She gave him an ultimatum and he was helpless in that scenario to do anything other than choose his wife.”
The report also claimed that Nicola had “put her foot down” and told Brooklyn: “I’m not going” to accept invitations from David and Victoria.
It further suggested that even though Brooklyn has tried to “talk some sense into Nicola,” she remains firm on her position.
