Machine Gun Kelly has a new addition to his tattoos, which he recently debuted at Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammy party.
The 35-year-old rapper, whose real name is Colson Baker, hit the red carpet on Saturday with abstract designs visible on both ears. One ear appeared to have the word “ether” next to a small red heart.
For the occasion, MGK wore a black button-up shirt that was partially undone to reveal his chest tattoos, paired with black wide-leg pants. He dressed up with a leather shoulder holster, studded belt, silver hoop earrings and a necklace, and completed the look with black and white Converse sneakers.
After the event, MGK also shared photos from the evening on Instagram. “One day I will have a Grammy that isn’t made of chocolate,” he wrote, thanking Clive Davis and several music industry figures for allowing him to participate in a tribute honoring Ozzy Osbourne.
His existing tattoos also cover his upper body and both arms. MGK previously spoke about the tattoo during an appearance in September 2025 The Jennifer Hudson Showsaying it was about anatomy and identity and not just appearance.
He explained that the process required 44 needles and was completed without narcotics, calling it “the worst torture” he has experienced. He previously publicly revealed a blackout tattoo in February 2024, when MGK described it as “serving spiritual purposes only.”
