Shia LaBeouf’s relationship with his wife, Mia Goth, is reportedly in trouble as sources claim the two have been living apart for almost a year.
According to Page six, the couple quietly called it quits last year; However, it is unclear if they have filed for divorce at this point.
Meanwhile, another source told the paper that Shia moved to New Orleans after the split to be closer to family members.
News of the couple’s divorce emerged after Shia was arrested following an alleged altercation with two men during Mardi Gras celebrations in the Louisiana city.
“On February 17, 2026 at approximately 12:45 p.m., NOPD officers were called to the 1400 block of Royal Street in response to a simple battery in which two victims (two adult males) reported being assaulted,” police said in a statement to People magazine.
“Investigators say a man, identified as 39-year-old Shia LaBeouf, allegedly caused a disturbance and became increasingly aggressive at a Royal Street business,” the law enforcement division continued. “A staff member attempted to push Mr. LaBeouf out of the establishment. Once removed from the building, the victim reported being punched by LaBeouf, who used his closed fists on the victim several times.”
“The victims reported that LaBeouf left, but then returned and acted even more aggressively,” city police said.
According to the latest reports, the Transformer star faces two counts of simple battery.
