Hailey Bieber recently got candid and opened up about her son Jack Blues Bieber.
The 29-year-old American model, socialite, creative director and businesswoman appeared on the latest episode of influencer Jake Shane’s podcast Therapuswhere she gave a rare update about her 16-month-old son Jack, whom she shares with her husband, Justin Bieber.
Hailey revealed that Jack started talking and has a lot to say, prompting Jake to ask what he said. She replied, “So he talks about basketball a lot.”
The mother of one continued, “He says basketball all the time. I went to pick him up from his nap today and he said something like “basketball.” He is ordinary. It’s insane. So funny.’
“He also just started saying ‘please.’ He had known how to sign ‘please’ for a long time. So if I said, ‘say please,’ he would do this, like please,” she joked, making the American Sign Language gesture for “please.”
Moreover, the RHODE founder expressed her thoughts on motherhood by saying, “It’s so much fun.”
“I always knew I wanted kids, I always wanted to be a mother. And when it happens, you never know what to expect and you don’t know what it’s going to be like. And honestly, it’s so much fun,” she admitted.
Hailey and Justin married in 2018 in a secret courthouse ceremony, before a formal celebration on September 30, 2019 in South Carolina. The high-profile couple welcomed their son in August 2024.
After Jack’s birth, a source says PEOPLE magazine that “they are both overjoyed.”
“The baby is such a miracle. He’s adorable and doing well. The pregnancy was something they really wanted and prayed for,” the insider revealed.
