Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden helped Alan Carr with his dating life

Alan Carr shared some funny insights into his friendship with Amanda Holden, revealing that the Britain has talent the judge even helped him with his dating life.

The good friends star together in their travel show, and in the latest episode: Amanda and Alan’s Greek jobthe pair take on the task of renovating a property in Corfu, Greece.

Speak with The sun Alan explained: ‘Amanda put me on a Greek app, but I don’t think she realized how much information gay people want!

He joked: ‘She said, ‘Alan, I love you very much, but I had to guess a few.’

“I think she was a bit naive and thought they were going to ask about eye color, but it was quite intimate.”

For context: the Famous traitors winner previously married Paul Drayton in 2018, with close friend Adele officiating the ceremony. The couple sadly announced their separation in January 2022 after 13 years together.

Last year, Alan confirmed he was single again following his reported split from toy boy boyfriend Callum Heslop, 28.

Alan has previously said he would never use dating apps and shared the one rule he has when dating.

He told the Mirror in January: “I’m dating, I’m dipping my toe in, but that’s all I do. I’m not going to do the apps, it has to be a friend of a friend. I just go on a few dates, but they are not successful. I mean, I’m never in the country, but I’m ready for someone right now… anyone.”

Earlier this week, Alan also revealed the reason why he became emotional during the Famous traitors final.
