Amanda Seyfried, also a well-known actress, suffers from severe anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder. But over time she has learned to use them correctly.
Speak with CBSThe actress says, “All the things I’ve been diagnosed with, I’ve been able to channel them the right way and take the right medications to benefit from them.”
She continues, “And to keep quiet about it when it no longer helps for the most part. And that has helped me. Self-loathing, self-condemnation, all of that, sometimes helped me keep my life together.”
In other news, Amanda is ruling out plastic surgery in the near future as she prefers a non-invasive procedure for her skin.
“I have a very good dermatologist who tells me she will never do anything other than put Botox in the same spot again for the rest of my life,” she tells Who What Wear, referring to her forehead, where she received the treatment.
Her latest comments echo her previous statements about her commitment to non-surgical methods in her beauty regimen.
It’s worth noting that Amanda has been open about her skin conditions, including eczema and perioral dermatitis.
“What is that on her face?” she previously told Vogue Beauty Secrets. “That’s my eczema, and I also suffer from perioral dermatitis.”
She continued, “When I was 19, I started getting rashes and learned about a lot of medicinal products. I learned a lot about products in general from my dermatologist at the time.”
