Avan Jogia has opened up about his relationship with fiancée Halsey.
Speak with People magazine, the actor revealed that Halsey’s support helped him navigate one of the most demanding projects to date.
While Avan stars alongside Dove Cameron 56 days, he said, “I feel like there are fundamental things about your life in general, especially as an actor — and I know that [Dove is] same thing, you are cut from the same cloth as me – and that is: there [are] some things in your life that are sacred and normal and essential to your core.”
Of Halsey, he further added, “And it’s so nice to have a partner that you can come home to and talk about the frustrations of creativity, and how hard it is to create.”
Additionally, Avan admitted that it’s “the best thing” to let Halsey understand his work, noting, “It comes full circle for me, as an artist, just to have someone that you can come home to and work out your day with. I mean, this is the joy.”
On the other hand, Avan Jogia also gave an update on the wedding plans with Halsey, saying, “I don’t think we’re in any rush to do anything specific on any specific timeline other than ours. We’re really lucky. We get to enjoy every phase of our lives.”
“I don’t know, I don’t think we’re rushing – yeah, we’re just not moving in any space other than our own, and it’s everything. We’re so busy. We’re just so busy. But yeah, absolutely. I’m so excited. It’s going to be amazing,” he added.
