Ben Affleck has reportedly transferred his entire interest in the $60 million Beverly Hills mansion he once shared with his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez.
According to a report from TMZA court document obtained by the outlet revealed that the former couple amended their property agreement to include a “transfer of ownership between spouses.”
Other sources close to the case claim that Affleck gave Lopez his entire share of the property for free.
For those unfamiliar, the property, a Beverly Hills mansion, was purchased by the couple in May 2023 for approximately $60.85 million in cash.
In addition, millions were also spent on renovations and improvements.
The property has been for sale since July 2024, a month before Lopez filed for divorce. Initially $68 million was requested, but later reduced to $52 million in September. Even though the property has not yet been sold.
Currently, Lopez lives in the mansion while a house she recently purchased is being renovated.
This came after Affleck sold his AI company InterPositive to Netflix for $600 million last month, according to reports.
