Brad Pitt is reportedly ready to finally end his legal battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie.
After almost a decade of bitter legal battles, insiders have now revealed that the Hollywood star wants 2026 to be the year he finally walks away from the grueling battle.
The source said Closer magazine, “The word within Brad’s camp and the people he listens to the most is that 2026 should be the year Brad finally puts an end to all these legal battles with Angelina.”
He added: “Ten years of fighting is long enough, and no one in this mess is getting any younger. The point is, no matter how much time and money Brad has put into the fight, it has to stop sometime in the next twelve months.”
“Both sides have made their positions clear, and it is time to find a compromise and put this whole thing aside, however uncomfortable that may be in the short term,” the source said.
For those who don’t know, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finalized their divorce in 2024, but their dispute over French winery Chateau Miraval continues in court.
Pitt reportedly wants to focus on his passion and put the fight with Jolie behind him. The feud has damaged both stars’ reputations and “distracted them from the tasks that made them both rich in the first place, namely making hit films.”
Since the actor recently starred in F1, insiders claim that the film was a “huge milestone” for Pitt, but that it “could have been even bigger if Brad wasn’t still embroiled in his legal battle with Angelina.”
