Brendon Urie has made headlines again for his shocking comeback with the band Panic! At the Disco after their farewell in 2023.

The 38-year-old made an epic live return to the stage with his pop-rock band with a special performance at the “When We Were Young” festival on October 18 in Las Vegas.

Brandon performed with the band’s original drummer for the first time in twelve years to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of their debut album, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out.

The album became a hit in 2005 because it was inspired by theatrical lyricism and cabaret. It also defined pop rock and emo music of the 2000s.

The band’s official Instagram page featured exclusive footage from their comeback show, giving fans a glimpse of the magical evening.

Urie and the group wrote, “Last night at @whenwewereyoungfest: the stage, the songs, the spectacle. Thanks for bringing A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out back to Vegas where it all started. We’re doing it all again tonight!!”

On January 24, 2023, Brandon announced that he would be quitting Panic! At the Disco when he and his wife were about to have a child at the time.

Urie has been the band’s lead singer since the beginning.
