NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs is the latest partner of Cardi B, who reportedly has a history of womanizing.

“Cardi has known since day one that Stefon had a reputation as a womanizer and had seen multiple women in the past, but her love for him trumps everything,” the sources note.
“She knows he has been faithful since they made things official and has been transparent about his past relationships, and has only seen her since they committed.”
But the musician has set strict boundaries, insiders say, and if these are violated, she will end the relationship. That is, no cheating.
Plus, Cardi, who recently welcomed a son with Diggs, admires her role as a father. “She loves that he’s not a lousy dad. She believes he’s a present, loving and supportive dad.”
The couple, meanwhile, did not reveal their son’s name. The couple entered into a romantic relationship in late 2024. In June 2025, the duo became Instagram official.
