Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman is embroiled in legal trouble after allegedly causing trouble at an elite New Hampshire prep school.
This was reported by the Concord Police Department (CPD). PEOPLE that Elia was taken into custody on Friday, February 27, after a report of an unwanted guest was received.
According to local outlet WMURauthorities reached St. Paul’s School in Concord around 6:00 PM local time after being called when an identified individual was causing chaos and behaving in a hostile, combative and aggressive manner in the dining hall.
After investigation, police identified the individual as Elijah, who was arrested by police and charged with two counts: simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal threatening and criminal trespass.
The 49-year-old musician then underwent the booking process at the Merrimack County Jail before being released on personal recognizance bail. This agreement obligates him to appear at future court hearings and also exempts him from posting bail.
According to the local outlet, law enforcement authorities are investigating the case despite Elijah having no connection to the school.
It is pertinent to mention that Cher’s son’s legal troubles arose after June 2025, when he was taken to a hospital in California for ‘acting erratically’.
Elijah was eventually released after being under observation for a few days, as reported by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department (SBCSD).
