‘Children have to be a little scared’

Brenda Song Turns Macaulay Culkin’s ‘Home Alone’ Into ‘Terrible’ Lesson: ‘Children Should Be A Little Afraid’

Macaulay Culkin is profiting from his blockbuster film Home alone in unexpected ways with his fiancée, Brenda Song.

The Zootopia 2 actor and The last showgirl actress, who have been dating since 2017, announced their engagement in January 2022.

The couple welcomed their first child, son Dakota, in April 2021, while their second named Carson, in March 2023.

Chat with E! NewsSong revealed that they used the film to teach their sons an important lesson instead of telling them about their father’s celebrity status.

Dakota and Carson enjoy the movie ‘Hijinks’ and the elaborate ‘traps’, but are completely unaware of the danger in the film.

The mother of two went on to say that one day when her boys finished watching the movie, she said to them, “See, your mom is standing right here next to you. Won’t you hug me? I didn’t leave.”

“I’m so terrible, but I feel like your kids should be a little scared. Fear goes a long way,” Song joked.

She constantly tells her boys about the danger of strangers and considers them a danger if they “don’t know their names.”

“I was like, ‘It doesn’t matter if they’re someone’s parents. If you don’t know their name, or if you’ve never seen them in our house before, they’re a stranger,'” he said. Running point star revealed.

It is pertinent to mention that Song also teaches Dakota and Caraon how to learn about their surroundings.
