Katherine Schwarzenegger and Chris Pratt are marking a major milestone at home as their son Ford just turned one.
On Sunday, November 9, Schwarzenegger, 35, shared a sweet glimpse of Ford’s first year on Instagram.
“One! Happy first birthday, my boy! I love you to the moon and back, my little prince,” she wrote, celebrating the big day with a series of family photos.
The post showed the proud mom holding Ford as a baby, plus moments of the toddler wearing a tiny crown, playing and cuddling with Pratt, 46.
Other photos showed the family of three outside at sunset, Ford stacking blocks and Schwarzenegger carrying her youngest child nearby.
The couple, who married in 2019, first welcomed daughter Lyla Maria in 2020, followed by daughter Eloise Christina in 2022. Ford arrived in November 2024.
At the time, they shared a joint announcement, saying, “We are overjoyed. Mom and baby are doing well and Ford’s siblings are thrilled with his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful.”
Pratt is also father to his 13-year-old son Jack from his previous marriage to Anna Faris.
Schwarzenegger has often said how much she loves raising children with Pratt.
She said earlier this month PEOPLE that she and her husband are enjoying “this season of life and parenthood.” Communication, she explained, has always been central to their household.
“We communicate really well,” she said, noting how that has helped them as their family grows and life gets busier.
She added that they work well together because they “balance each other out very well.”
While some of their strengths differ, she said recognizing that they are a team helps keep everything stable. Schwarzenegger described this chapter as a “sweet time,” grateful to spend so much of it with their young children.
As Ford becomes one, the family continues to enjoy simple moments together, celebrating milestones, sharing responsibilities and staying present as their children grow.
