Brad Pitt has taken a minor legal step in court in his ongoing battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie over their winery.
According to a recent report from Peoplethe outlet received court documents in which a Los Angeles Superior Court judge asked the 50-year-old actress to provide Pitt’s legal team with documents or messages she did not previously share regarding their fight over Château Miraval.
The F1 The actor received the approval of the judge, who ordered Jolie to hand over full, uncensored messages, which she previously refused to share under attorney-client rules.
The official ruling read: “The court orders Jolie to prepare, within 45 days of this order, complete, unredacted versions of the communications exchanged between non-attorneys contained in the 22 documents identified in Jolie’s privilege log dated February 14, 2025 with the document ID numbers set forth in the attachment to this order.”
This was delivered on December 17, a day after Pitt celebrated his 62nd birthday.
An insider claimed that “the emails would prove that Jolie has been dishonest from the start regarding her true intentions to sell her stake in the company to Stoli.”
For those unfamiliar, Pitt filed the lawsuit over their co-owned winery after Jolie sold her shares to him without his approval, despite a prior agreement that neither would sell their shares without the other person’s consent.
