The 2026 Critics’ Choice Awards honored the most outstanding films and television series of the year on Sunday.
The annual ceremony, held at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, brought together Hollywood’s top talent to honor excellence in film, television and streaming.
On the film side, One Battle After Another claimed Best Picture, while Paul Thomas Anderson took home Best Director for the same project.
However, it’s worth noting that Sinners and Adolescence emerged as the biggest winners of the night, as only Sinners took home the Best Young Actor/Actress award ahead of Miles Caton. Frankenstein also made a strong showing, with Jacob Elordi winning Best Supporting Actor.
On television, Adolescence won Best Limited Series and collected several acting trophies, including Best Actor for Stephen Graham and Best Supporting Actor, and Actress wins for Owen Cooper and Erin Doherty, respectively.
