Dan Levy admits he felt lost for several months after finishing filming Schitt’s Creek.
The 42-year-old explains that it took him some time to find his way after wrapping up six seasons of the show in 2020.
“When the show ended, there was an immediate conversation of, ‘What are you going to do next?’ Levy said at Max & Helen’s, according to The Hollywood Reporter:
“God forbid I take a nap,” he added. “For me, it was like I had to take a moment because I knew what the show meant to me and I knew what it meant to other people. And when you have your own show, you’re so proud of what you create, and when you’re lucky enough to get, in our case, six seasons of a TV show, you walk away feeling really proud of what you’ve done.”
“Because you’re constantly going to be comparing it to the last one,” he said. “So I needed the dust to settle.”
