Danielle Fishel shares a positive update about her health after her breast cancer journey

In a recent conversation with People bee iHeartRadio‘s 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2025 on December 5, the actress shared that she is doing “great.”

“I mean, you still have regular doctor appointments when you just had cancer a year before. I just had a recent appointment with my oncologist. Everything’s fine. We’re all clear,” she told the outlet.

The Boy meets world the alum went on to say, “I don’t have to get another mammogram until next June. I’m in a really good situation and I’m so grateful that I’m healthy and that I have my family. I have a lot to be thankful for, especially this year.”

Fishel revealed in August 2024 that she was diagnosed with an early stage of breast cancer called ductal carcinoma in situ. Pod meets world podcast.

She revealed to the outlet in October of the same year that she would undergo a lumpectomy and margin revision surgery. She did not undergo a double mastectomy because the disease was discovered early.

Fishel received her last radiation treatment in January 2025.
