There’s a lot going on in the homes of David Beckham and his son, causing him significant emotional distress, according to a new report that promises a glimpse into his emotional state.
The whole is shared with RadarOnline and according to the well-placed source who clarified all this, the ex-footballer “can’t stop crying at the smallest little thing”.
This has come to the fore just as things have reportedly gotten worse between father and son. Physical evidence of this even emerged when the family was at Cruz Beckham’s concert with his band The Breakers, where they sang one of their songs Loneliest Boy, which many say refers to Brooklyn.
According to audience members, “Romeo sat on a barrier at the back of the theater with David and Victoria and quietly watched the set, but as soon as Cruz started performing Loneliest Boy you could see the change in him.”
The outlet also says that, as the lyrics began, “his expression changed and he quickly became overwhelmed, dabbing his eyes as he tried to keep them together. Victoria immediately leaned forward and wrapped an arm around his shoulders in a protective, comforting manner.”
Separately, the source also notes, “The song clearly struck a chord; it’s deeply emotional, and even Cruz looked like he was having a hard time getting through certain lines without hesitating.” Because David would have stayed close to his wife and even put his hand on Victoria’s leg, while she would have held Romeo’s hand “until he began to cry”. At that moment she pulled them both closer. They also say, “at one point she also had an arm around David, almost keeping the family together at that point.”
Once it became, “There was a noticeable shift throughout the room; people became silent and you could feel the weight of what was happening. It wasn’t just a performance; it felt incredibly personal and raw. Cruz delivered it beautifully, but it was also clear how much it meant, and that emotion was carried by the audience. It was heartbreaking, but also very powerful to watch.”
For David in particular, the source went into detail, saying, “He can’t stop crying over the smallest little thing right now. He’s described as being completely overwhelmed by what happened to Brooklyn. Seeing Cruz play that song brought everything back to the surface.”
What’s pertinent to mention is that other sources also confirm the same news, warning that his emotional state is really all over the place and “incredibly raw” when it comes to Brookyln in particular.
Some say he is no longer himself, and while Victoria is also struggling as a mother, David in particular has been ‘struggling’ to even keep it together.
