Dwayne Johnson recently gave some heartwarming advice to his fans in a new social media post.
The crushing machine actor turns to Instagram on October 28 and posts a video of himself and his mother, who is celebrating her 77th birthday.
In the clip, The Rock sings the song “Happy Birthday” and then asks her to eat the last piece of a cake.

Dwayne’s mother wishes her family the best and even praises her son for the man he has become.

The Rock then offers his followers and fans on social media an important message about caring for their aging parents or loved ones.
He called his mother ‘Mama Rock’, the Moana 2 actor writes: “When you realize this as a son, when you hear your mother say, ‘I feel great, and I feel great now,’ it really is the best feeling in the world.”
“I grew up as an only child, and my mother is all I have left of my parents, and one of the most important jobs I have these days is to create moments of joy and keep her happy,” says the 53-year-old.
Ultimately, Dwayne suggests, “As our loved ones get older, it’s a good habit for all of us. Keep them happy, create those joyful moments and keep them smiling.”
“And eating cake and ice cream always helps to keep the tears away when they get sentimental,” he concludes.
