Ed Sheeran opens up about the problems in his marriage to Cherry Seaborn.
The singer and father-of-two admits in a new song that his three-year music tour around the world has put a dent in his married life.
Speaking about his Mathematics World Tour with the song ‘Problems’, Sheeran spoke about rekindling the band.
“The flowers in our garden are dying. When will the water dry up? Who knows? But you want the truth, we are not doing well,” the text says. “We have problems and we don’t know how to solve them.”
“Every day we feel deflated. Trying to move with all the changes. The reality of what we’ve created,” he sings.
“There’s no one above or below you, you’re all I want. But I feel like just offering you my love isn’t enough.”
“Centers away from leaving and moving on… either in love or we’re crazy,” he continues.
Speaking about daughters, Sheeran said: “You’re too young to understand that daddy is coming home. Every time I leave the house you think I’m gone forever.”
“I think it’s because of the hundred calls, good night on the phone. See this tour, I have to finish it, but why? I missed so much, I really have to make up for it.”
Sheeran and Seaborn tied the knot in February 2019.
