Elizabeth Olsen has two older twin sisters, Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen, and they are, she says, a great support for her work.
“[My sisters] “I was forced to watch all my plays and go to my dance performances all my life,” the 36-year-old told The Times of London. “We are just a supportive family.”
She continues: ‘It doesn’t feel relevant to talk about it [acting] after fifteen years of working,” adding that her childhood was “quite chaotic.”
“I was the youngest of four,” the Marvel star shares. “We were all born within five years.”
It is worth noting that Elizabeth’s older sisters had entered the industry before her. In an earlier interview, the actress talked about growing up as a powerful woman.
“Now more than ever, people should feel stronger as women. What I’m trying to wrap my head around is: At what point did my parents make me feel like I was a really strong woman?”
“I don’t really know how that happened, but I’ve always felt like a very powerful young woman and it’s something that my sisters and I are trying to figure out,” she told Us in 2017.
