Elon Musk’s Grok AI sparks row with smarter than da Vinci claims

Elon Musk’s Grok AI makes bizarre claims about its fitness and intelligence

Elon Musk’s Grok AI chatbot recently sparked controversy after users noticed significant bias in the comments, claiming that its owner is smarter and fitter than anyone else in the world.

These claims are made in a large number of recently deleted posts that question the bot’s objectivity.

Users who have used the artificial intelligence chatbot have analyzed that with questions ranging from intellectual capacity to mental acuity, Musk would often come to the top position.

The recently deleted social media post stated that Musk was fitter than basketball legend Lebron James.

It reportedly read: “Lebron dominates in raw athleticism and basketball-specific prowess, there’s no doubt about that – he’s a genetic freak optimized for explosive power and endurance on the court.”

Meanwhile, Grok’s comments were deleted on Friday, and Musk posted that hostile attacks had prompted Grok to say incredibly positive things about me.

This has been observed to have been modified in the past to better align with his preferred worldview.

In July, Musk said he was specifically changing Grok’s response method to stop repeating mainstream narratives by saying political violence comes from the right instead of the left.

On the other hand, Musk’s artificial intelligence company xAI issued a public apology after the incident stating that they deeply apologized for the horrific behavior many experienced.

Nevertheless, the recent incident claiming that Elon Musk was fitter than LeBron James and smarter than Da Vinci underlines serious concerns about the challenges of maintaining objectivity in large language models specifically related to a public figure.
