This morning fans were left cringing over Alison Hammond’s behavior while hosting Chris Hemsworth for a Valentine’s Day interview.
Alison, 51, and the Australian actor, 42, sat down in a cinema to talk about his new one Crime 101.
The duo enjoyed a glass of champagne and a cupcake as they discussed the thriller.
Alison asked, “Tell the viewers why they have to choose Crime 101 on Valentine’s Day?”
He replied, “Once the momentum starts from the beginning, you’ll be on the edge of your seat holding your partner. I think that’s the safest place to do that. It makes for a great night out. Where else would you want to be in a big dark room with a bunch of strangers and your loved one?”
The host couldn’t resist saying, “Oh yes, I’m honestly quite enjoying this dark room with you.”
But the comment and her loud laughter didn’t go down well with viewers, who called it a cringe.

“Terrible woman. Screaming in his face #ThisMorning,” a fourth wrote, while another echoed: “Imagine her laughing in your face like that #thismorning.”
