Google has launched the AI mode in Pakistan and offers the most advanced AI-driven search with faster, smarter and more extensive answers to complex questions.
For the first time introduced in the US earlier this year, the AI mode is now expanding worldwide and resonates with people who appreciate the speed, quality and new reactions.
With a modified version of Gemini 2.5, people can ask people longer, more complex questions that rather require multiple searches.
Early testers have shown that questions are already 2-3 times longer than traditional searches, which show that it is particularly useful for exploratory tasks such as comparing products, planning a trip or understanding complex How-Tos.
It dives deep to answer several questions at the same time, with useful links for further exploration.
Pakistani users can, for example, use the AI mode for various use cases such as:
Planning for a trip: “I am planning a trip to Hunza in October. Suppose a 5-day travel route in balance, adventure and local food experiences.” And ask for a follow -up prompt such as “Can you recommend a number of local food places or traditional dishes to try in Hunza?”
Review: “My child is in class 9 and is struggling with mathematics. Can you present online sources in Pakistan to help with algebra and geometry?” And you can ask for a follow-up prompt such as “Can you recommend interactive apps or YouTube channels for Grade 9 Math Practice?”
Behind the scenes, AI mode uses a query-fan-out technology, breaking your question in sub-exhibitions and giving a multitude of questions on your behalf. This allows searching for the web to dive deeper on the internet than ever before, so that you can find incredible, hyper -relevant content.
What makes this experience unique is that the advanced model options brings together with the best-in-class information systems from Google, and it was built immediately. Users not only have access to high -quality web content, but I also use new, real -time sources such as the knowledge graph and store data for billions of products.
Go further than text with AI mode: use your voice, take a photo or upload an image
Designed to be multimodal, AI mode lets people get involved with every way they feel comfortable – through text, voice or images – that use the possibilities of Lens to take photos of what they see and ask their questions. For example, a shopper can take a picture of unknown herbs in a Karachi market and ask: “What are these herbs and how can I use them in Pakistani cooking?” Users can also ask follow-up questions in a conversation style, creating a seamless browse experience.
Help people to explore the best of the web
Helping people in discovering content from everywhere on the internet remains central in the mission of the company. With the AI mode, users express exactly what they are looking for, with all its nuances, and they go to the right web content in different sizes. This not only expands how people search, but also creates new opportunities for discovering content.
AI mode is rooted in the core quality and ranking systems of the company and uses new approaches to improve the facts. The goal is to give an AI-driven response as much as possible, but in cases where there is no much trust, users will see a set of web search results instead. As with every AI product at an early stage, the product does not always get well, but it strives for a continuous improvement.
AI mode is now live in Pakistan in English on the Google app (Android and iOS), and on both mobile and desktop -web.
