As Duff told Fanning, “Everyone says, ‘How’s your husband? Do you guys fight a lot?’ I’m like, ‘We literally never argue.’

One of the couple’s close friends supported her by saying, “Yes, you guys never really argue,” but she stressed that things between her and Koma are taking a dark turn.

Duff clarified, “Well, that’s not true. We have a drawn out fight once a year. He brought it up the other day. He said, ‘We haven’t had a fight in so long.’ I say, ‘Are you ready?’

Recalling their last battle, the star of A Cinderella story revealed that she threw Koma’s “phone into a bougainvillea bush and it felt so good” and it happened “during the [January 2025] burn [in Los Angeles],” when they were “displaced, we had all the damn kids, and we just had to get rid of it.”

It is pertinent to mention that Duff, her husband Koma and their four children, son Luca Cruz Comrie and daughters Banks Violet, Mae James and Townes Meadow, lived with Mandy Moore for some time after losing their home to a fire in Los Angeles.
