Former This morning presenter, 44, shared glimpses of the trip with her three children Harry, 16, Belle, 13, and Chester, 10, and her husband Dan Baldwin in a sweet Instagram video.
Holly looked in her element as she sipped a tall drink before riding a series of rollercoasters at the theme park.
Holly, who has always kept her children out of the spotlight, was spotted visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, enjoy trips to the Ministry of Magic, Diagon Alley. She even treated herself to a butterbeer.
In each photo, Holly looked effortlessly stylish and kept it casual in an oversized shirt and jeans. To complete her relaxed look, she opted for comfortable white sneakers.
The Dancing on ice presenter rocked a pair of sunglasses as she struck a pose How to Train Your Dragon’s Toothless, while her children were seen petting the dragon and talking to Hiccup and Astrid.
The ITV star said she made ‘the best memories’ during the trip as the family jetted off to the amazing destination on a British Airways flight.
She wrote, “What an epic semester! There’s nothing better than family time and making the best memories together. The kids (and the big boy in me) had a blast!
