The International Cricket Council (ICC) has found that India -Schipper Suryakumar Yadav is “guilty” from violating the Code of Conduct after his statement that points to the military collision between India and Pakistan after their Asia Cup Group match on Friday, ESPNCRICINFO reported Friday.
