There’s a lot going on behind the scenes with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding planning, and the reason for this is the constant leaks that are starting to pile up. The problems have gone so far that Taylor has doubts about the entire process.
A well-placed insider explained all this Heat world and says that while the idea of marrying Travis makes her “incredibly excited about the wedding,” the problem is logistics, as they cause her “a lot of stress.”
Furthermore, “the fact that the date and all kinds of other details have already been leaked has upset her,” the insider also noted. “It has gotten to the point where they are considering the idea of completely changing their plans to avoid it becoming a circus.”
What makes this pivot virtually impossible, however, is the fact that the two don’t have many dates to work with as Travis plans to enter a new season in the NFL. Moreover, the fact that he has transferred all the plans to his beloved makes her “feel overwhelmed” and have “sleepless nights.”
Right now, her goal is to be married by the time he leaves for training camp in July, “so the odds are getting smaller every day. She really needs to commit to her plan and stick to it. It’s always very upsetting for Taylor when things about her life become public because it makes her suspicious that people close to her might leak stories.”

As for her fiancé here, the NFL star, who is usually great at helping her see things from a different perspective, is “trying to get her to relax,” even though “anything that upsets Taylor upsets him.”

Plus, in her eyes, this is her big day, so she wants everything to be perfect, “and a big part of that equation is total secrecy,” they admitted.

“She wants to do what Selena did and announce the wedding after it happens,” the same insider added. “She says Selena’s wedding was perfect, and the fact that she was able to share the photos on her own terms instead of someone leaking them made it even better. Taylor just wants to be able to control the narrative for the most important day of her life. She hasn’t scrapped her original plan yet, but it’s something she’s not on the fence about yet — and as more details emerge, she says she won’t have a choice.”
