Jack Osbourne recently got candid and made shocking claims about the death of his father Ozzy Osbourne.
For those who don’t know, the Prince of Darkness died on July 22, 2025 at the age of 76 in Jordans, United Kingdom.
According to the new york times, Ozzy’s daughter, Aimée Osbourne, confirmed that his cause of death was a heart attack and that he had suffered from artery disease for years in addition to Parkinson’s disease.
It is reminiscent of the last morning in the life of the English singer and songwriter, Jack said Radaronline that his father’s death was sudden, because his family did not expect it.
He said Ozzy’s last day was just like any other day and “it was a few days after I got back (to Britain) that he passed away, and we were… even the morning he passed away, it was like it was nothing dramatic not at all.”
The 40-year-old said: “He was awake, he did his thing, had some breakfast and that was it.”
Although the Black Sabbath frontman had long struggled with health issues, Ozzy’s family had no idea the day of his death would come out of nowhere.
Jack commented, “Everyone obviously knew he was sick, but he wasn’t… he was really preparing for the (Black Sabbath finale) show, so he was practicing a lot and moving around.”
“He was excited. But yeah, we didn’t expect it to happen as quickly as it did. I just think he was ready… I think we have a choice to some extent,” said the Portals to hell the star joked.
It’s worth noting that the tragic news of Ozzy Osbourne’s death came just a few days before Black Sabbath’s final performance in Birmingham.
