“It was just really nice. I love Ben, and of course it was nice to see Matty,” she says People.

As for the ad, Aniston adds that turning it into a parody commercial was a hilarious idea Goodwill Hunting.

Using CGI, Affleck’s appearance was replaced with that of his co-star Matt Damon in the film. But he wasn’t the only character who was outdated for the ad.

LeBlanc and top NFL star Tom Brady were also dated, which sent fans into a frenzy and gave the commercial the total madness of a sitcom.

“That was a good one,” says Aniston, adding, “Super Bowl commercials are so much fun, and it was such a crazy, funny idea. I was like, ‘How are you going to do this?'”

In addition, the commercial also featured sitcom icons from Cheers’ Ted Danson, A Different World’s Jasmine Guy, Family Matters’ Jaleel White, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’s Alfonso Ribeiro and Seinfeld’s Jason Alexander.

The ad blew fans away with its 1990s nostalgia, sending them into overdrive.
