Jessica Simpson has found new love after her divorce from estranged husband Eric Johnson.
An insider came by on Thursday People magazine that the 45-year-old singer is in a new relationship with Nashville-based roadie musician Thomas Eisenhood.
“She’s happy. She’s in a great place and excited about her future,” the source said.
Meanwhile, another source said TMZ who Jessica and Thomas met through mutual friends. The new couple is said to be taking things slow, and Thomas hasn’t met Jessica’s kids yet.
For those unfamiliar, Jessica and Eric split in January 2025 after ten years of marriage. The Take my breath away hitmaker shares three children, Maxwell, 13, Ace, 12, and Birdie, 6, with the guitarist.
“Eric and I have lived separately and endured a painful situation in our marriage,” Jessica said in a statement at the time.
“Our children come first, and we focus on what’s best for them. We are grateful for all the love and support that has come our way, and appreciate privacy as we work through this as a family,” she added.
The source claimed at the time that the split was due to the couple’s “trust issues,” which “driven a wedge between them.”
