JoJo Fletcher recently got candid and opened up about her postpartum experience after welcoming a baby girl.
For those who don’t know, on Tuesday, December 23, the 35-year-old American TV personality gave birth to her first child, a baby girl named Romy Blair Rodgers, whom she shares with her husband, Jordan Rodgers.
Through her Instagram Stories, Fletcher posted a selfie of herself wearing comfortable clothes while holding her newborn close to her chest.
She also wrote a lengthy caption with her photo, giving an update on what life has been like since she gave birth before the holidays.
The first-time mom began: “Hiiii!! Mommy, daddy and baby girl are all doing well! In the newborn trenches so I haven’t had much time at all haha but I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the love and wishes. I’m recovering well.”
Fletcher sang praises for her husband Jordan, adding: “Jordy is literally a dad goal. It’s crazy how quickly he caught on and has been a total rock star taking care of me and Romy.”
Even though she’s still in the “newborn trenches,” all the changes that come with the new experience keep her thinking only about her “little angel.”
“It’s crazy what they say that you can literally be in sleep deprivation mode but as soon as you look at her you forget about it all because all you can think about is how much you love this little angel,” JoJo Fletcher commented.
