KATSEYE has entered their new musical era with their upcoming and highly anticipated song, Pinky up, which will be released on April 9, just one day before they take the Coachella stage for the first time.
The K-pop girl group took to their social media and uploaded cryptic messages that sent fans into a frenzy.
The first teaser, shared on March 30, showed the Mona Lisa carefully lifting a steaming cup of tea with her pinky finger up, while the second clip, posted the morning after, featured an arcade claw machine with the group’s name grabbing a sword from a pile of glittering stuffed animals and a lone teacup.
“We’re shouting from cloud nine!!” the post’s caption, leaving fans wondering what they saved.
Their third post finally confirmed the song and its artwork, which featured someone kneeling on a carpet next to a teacup and a toy cat, with the title splashed across the image in striking bright pink letters.

Little finger up launches just one day before KATSEYE takes the stage at Coachella on April 10, marking their debut at the festival.
It also serves as their first release since HYBE and Geffen announced that member Manon Bannerman would be temporarily taking a step back to focus on her “health and wellness.”
On Weverse they said: “Hello. After open and thoughtful conversations together, we share that Manon will be taking a temporary break from group activities to focus on her health and well-being.”
The girl band said they “fully support this decision,” adding: “KATSEYE remains committed to each other and to the fans who mean the world to us… we look forward to being together again when the time is right.”
“Thank you to our EYEKONS for your continued love, patience and understanding,” KATSEYE concluded as they addressed their member, Manon Bannerman, on the break from the industry.
However, since the announcement, many fans have been wondering if Manon would end her hiatus and mark her return in this issue.
“We are waiting for Manon,” said one fan.
Another wrote: “Manon better be on the TRACK and I need to hear these girls SING.”
It is pertinent to mention that KATSEYE’s Manon has been on hiatus since February 20, 2026.
