At least for now, Kelsea Ballerini is focusing on herself.
In a recent chat during the E! Live from the red carpetthe I sit in parks The singer confessed that she was a ‘chronic oversharer’ and that she is trying to reduce this.
“Right now, I’m back in my real life,” she told the outlet at the 2026 Grammys.
Kelsea, who is nominated for Best Contemporary Country Album at the annual awards show, went on to say: “I’m not writing. I’m just – I’ve always been a chronic oversharer. And I think for the first time, at 32, I’m reining it in.”
“I think my life might be my life for a while,” she stated.
This came after Kelsea announced on her Instagram on New Year’s Eve that she and boyfriend Chase Stokes had patched up after three months of their divorce.
Kelsea posted to her social media on December 31: “Messy year for the heart, messy year for the outside world coming in, messy year for the way it became a representation of it that got out of our hands.”
“But what I will say, and the one thing I really want to share indefinitely with my personal life, is that I really love love,” she added at the time.
“I believe in it, I believe in him, and I believe in breaking patterns.”
