Kelsey Parker admits she’s still struggling with the loss of her third child

Kelsey Parker has confessed that she has failed to cope with the tragic loss of her third child.

The TV star was married to Tom Parker, but unfortunately no one has control over fate. He died of glioblastoma in March 2022, at the age of 33.

Kelsey faced another heartbreaking test of strength in June when her unborn baby – her first with boyfriend Will Lindsay – was stillborn.

For context, Kelsey, mom to Aurelia, five, and Bodhi, four, shared her feelings with fans on Instagram on Wednesday, revealing that she just needs “space to breathe” and that she’s feeling overly burdened right now.

In a video she said:

‘Hi everyone, how are you all? I feel like I’ve been a little quiet, but you know what, that’s okay. It’s okay not to be okay all the time.

She continued, “We live in this world where everyone tries to seem like they have it all figured out.

‘Strength means smiling before anything else, sometimes strength means being still – it means saying: I just need a break.

‘Sometimes I just need to calm down, I just need to breathe, to let my thoughts settle, to find myself again, because life doesn’t stop and never really has for me.

‘Sometimes I feel like I’m holding the whole world with my bare hands. ‘I’m not doing well, but that doesn’t have to be. None of us do that.’

Kelsey also shared advice for fans who may be struggling: “If you’re struggling too, that’s okay.”

Alongside the video, Kelsey captioned the post: “We all reach that point where we just need rest… to breathe, to reset, to find ourselves again. If that’s you… then you’re not alone.’

In June, Kelsey shared the tragic news on Instagram about her third child, who died a week before her expected due date.
