Kerry Katona has shared her picks for who should host Come dance strictly after Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman quit the hit BBC show last month.
The former Atomic Kitten singer, 45, didn’t hold back and risked a row with Holly Willoughby by punching the presenter, who is the hot favorite to take over squirting duties.
Kerry claimed that ITV star Holly would be boring and the opportunity should be given to others.
Writing in her New! column, Kerry said: ‘So Holly Willoughby is a firm favorite to take over from Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman on Strictly. Good luck, give someone else a chance!
‘Holly is an experienced presenter, but for me it’s always the same old people on everything.
“When I say that, and I’m contradicting myself here, Davina McCall would be really good, or Amanda Holden. I’d love to see Amanda do it, she’s so funny and down to earth. Holly would be great, but that’s just the way it is, really!’
This isn’t the first time Kerry has taken a swipe at Holly. When Holly left This morning in 2023, Kerry said she was “not surprised” by her decision to leave the show.
For context, Holly left the show in October 2023, after 14 years, when she learned of a terrifying plot to kidnap, rape and murder her by former security guard Gavin Plumb.
