Khloe Kardashian gets candid about weight loss struggles

Khloé Kardashian is opening up about her battle with weight loss

Khloe Kardashian has opened up about her long-term health journey.

Speak with People magazine, the Kloud founder emphasized that there is “no magic” when it comes to weight loss.

Khloe said, “You know, for me, working out started at a low place in my life and it wasn’t about trying to hit a certain amount on the scale. And it still isn’t, I don’t even have a scale. I don’t look at that.”

“You just have to do what makes you feel good. I know it’s super easy to compare yourself to other people, especially with social media. And I’ve been a victim of that, but it feels so good when your only competition is you,” she added.

The reality TV star added, “I get excited when I see certain things in myself and I’m 41 now and I’ve come to the realization that we don’t all have the same body. There’s no one size fits all. Someone goes to the gym twice a week and they have a great body and I might have to fight a little harder for mine. And I also think it’s cool to brag about. And I think it’s okay to just run your own race with yourself.”

The Kardashians star noted that having self-confidence is the only thing that matters if you like yourself as a person. “And as much as people want to believe, there’s nothing magical. I think we all have to work on something,” Khloe Kardashian said.

She also shared that while there may be some help and assistance out there, you have to “reprogram your brain and feel good about yourself and love yourself before any of those magical things actually do what they’re supposed to do.”
