Kim Kardashian recently revealed that she has been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm in a preview clip of the upcoming Hulu series The Kardashians Season 7.
The SKIMS founder broke down in tears as she spoke about her diagnosis in the clip where Kim was seen in an MRI scanner.
After the scan the American horror story actress told her family: “There was a small aneurysm.”
While discussing the doctor’s reasoning behind an aneurysm, Kim revealed that “they were like, ‘just stress’”.
According to the Mayo Clinic, a brain aneurysm is “a bulge or ballooning in the wall of a blood vessel.”
“Aneurysms can rupture, causing bleeding in the body and often leading to death.”
During the season premiere, the Everything is fair actress opened up that all her stress is due to her ex-husband Kanye West, with whom she shares four children and was married between 2014 and 2021.
“I probably feel more stressed because I have to protect my children,” the 45-year-old said.
Kim said, “Anyone in the neighborhood can handle it [the drama]but I want to protect my babies. They’re going to know things. They will grow up and see it.”
Elsewhere in the show, the reality star also opened up about her skin condition flaring up again.
“I haven’t had psoriasis since I got divorced, and it just started coming back,” she noted.
Kim noted that she “felt more stressed, probably just because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect.”
However, when speaking to her mother Kris Jenner about her divorce, the reality star added, “I’m glad it’s over.”
“My ex will be in my life no matter what. We have four children together,” she concluded.
