Kourtney Kardashian’s belated birthday post for her son Rocky Thirteen proved to be worth the wait.
The Kardashians star marked her youngest child’s second birthday with a heartfelt and poetic tribute, which she shared on Instagram five days after his big day on November 1.
On Thursday, November 6, the Lemme founder shared on the social media account an invisible and intimate photo taken in the hospital two years ago, shortly after Rocky’s birth.
In the caption, she wrote the moving verses from Nancy Tillman’s beloved children’s book On the night you were born.
“On the night you were born
The moon smiled in such wonder
That the stars peeked in to see you
And the night wind whispered:
Life will never be the same again.
Because there had never been anyone like you…never in the world.”
The awe-inspiring passage continued and melted fans’ hearts, before the doting mother concluded: “Because never before in story or rhyme

Rocky is Kourtney’s first son with her husband Travis Barker. The couple, who tied the knot in 2022, share a blended family of seven children.
Kris Jenner’s daughter is also mom to sons Reign Aston, eight, and Mason Dash, 13, and daughter Penelope Scotland, 11, who she shares with ex Scott Disick.
The Blink-182 drummer is now father to son Landon, 20, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler.
