June Lockhart, legendary actress who warmed hearts Lass And Lost in spacedied at the age of 100.
The beloved Hollywood star died peacefully at her home in Santa Monica, California, surrounded by her daughter June Elizabeth and granddaughter Christianna.
Her daughter shared a touching tribute, saying: ‘Mum always thought about pursuing her profession, but her real passions were journalism, politics, science and NASA.
She cherished her role Lost in space and was happy to know that she inspired many future astronauts.”
June’s peaceful passing marked the end of a career that spanned nearly nine decades. However, she started acting when she was just eight years old and made her big screen debut with her parents A Christmas carol.
