A palace in the sun star Laura Hamilton has opened up about her family life and revealed she doesn’t regret spending time without her two children to film the hit Channel 4 series, despite having to troll online for it.
The TV presenter, 43, shares two children: son Rocco,11, and daughter Tahila, 10, with her ex-husband Alex Goward.
The actress and entrepreneur admitted that her personal life won’t stop her from pursuing her career dreams, even though juggling motherhood and frequent travel can be “chaotic” at times.
Talk to The sun Laura said: ‘I have all the respect for anyone who is a full-time mum, I just couldn’t do that. I love my career and motherhood, and I found a way to make it work.”
The presenter, who co-parents with her ex, revealed that she schedules filming around the times her children are with their father, allowing her to fully immerse herself in the work.
She also thanked her employer for allowing her children to travel with her occasionally, describing herself as “incredibly lucky” to have that kind of flexibility.
Laura admitted she still has to deal with online trolls accusing her of neglecting her children while filming abroad.
