Mark Ronson is competing for DJ Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding.
The music producer revealed he is “keeping the year open” in hopes of landing the gig. Ronson recently appeared on BBC Radio 2’s Scott Mills Breakfast Showwhere he shared his excitement about potentially collaborating with the couple.
“I think there [are] many people are committed to that performance. Me, I also keep the year open because you don’t know [who might get that call]Ronson said. He even joked about working with Foreigner, a band that recently offered to play Swift’s wedding.
The Barbie composer recently got the chance to showcase his skills at Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s wedding, which Swift reportedly attended.
“I worked a wedding she was at apparently a week ago. I didn’t see her on the dance floor, so I probably didn’t go out of my way to sell my services there,” Ronson joked.
Kelce proposed to Swift in August and transformed his backyard in Kansas City, Missouri, into a flower garden.
Swift shared details about the proposal The Graham Norton Showsaying, “He really crushed it by surprising me. … He went all out – 10 out of 10.”
