Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reached a settlement in their divorce, agreeing to peaceful co-parenting.
According to recent reports, the Baby girl actress and the country singer filed the agreement with the court on Tuesday, January 6.
The document identified the 58-year-old actress as the primary parent of their minor daughters, Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17.
Both parents should “behave with each other and with each child to create a loving, stable, consistent, and nurturing relationship with the child, even though they are separated,” according to People.
Nicole and Keith are responsible for their own legal fees even though they agreed to $0 child support and no alimony.
The father of two children will have parenting time every other weekend unless another condition or agreement is specifically stated.
“They will not speak ill of each other or of the members of the other parent’s family. They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and to feel comfortable in both families,” the agreement said.
Nicole filed for divorce in September 2025, citing irreconcilable differences, after twenty years of marriage.
The couple married in June 2006.
